Fix:	SE036

Problem:
	Fails during game startup complaining that it is unable to find the
	dungeon file. This is because the file area support code was lost
	from dlb.h in the merge with the 3.3 codebase.

Compatible with:
	Slash'EM 0.0.5E9 (DOS only)
